Job Responsibility
- Lead the development of web applications from concept to deployment, taking ownership of both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with the team to design scalable and maintainable software architectures, ensuring high performance and security.
- Maintain and enforce code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, debug issues, and optimize application performance.
- Create robust and efficient APIs for the seamless interaction of front-end and back-end components.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, architecture, and project processes.

Educational Requirement
Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or any other related subject(Should be flexible for experienced candidates).

Experience Requirement
- As a Senior MERN Stack Developer at Appstick, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. Your experience should include multiple successful projects showcasing your ability to design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, both on the client and server sides, and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, especially React.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem, including Express.js, and the ability to build efficient and scalable server-side applications.
- Expertise in working with databases, particularly MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
- A comprehensive understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, as well as experience integrating with third-party services and APIs.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai, and a strong aptitude for debugging and troubleshooting.
