Job Responsibility

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
  
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless, responsive mobile applications.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in mobile applications.
• Perform root cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions to problems.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and best practices related to mobile app development.
• Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the security and integrity of mobile applications by implementing industry-standard security practices and protocols.
• Manage and protect data through effective design and maintenance.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implement techniques to improve performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and user guides.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them to improve their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Engage in code review sessions to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to and from peers.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or any other related subject (Should be flexible for experienced candidates).

Experience Requirement

• Strong expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Experience with Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design principles (e.g. MVC, MVVM).
• Experience with Android or iOS development (Both are preferable).
• Ability to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and ability to integrate with backend services.
• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backend technologies.
• Proficiency in state management techniques and libraries (e.g. GetX, Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools for mobile applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with Git workflows and collaboration on platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Ability to optimize mobile applications for performance and efficiency.
• Knowledge of techniques for reducing app size and improving load times.
• Understanding of mobile app security principles and practices.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills through workshops, courses, and other learning opportunities.
