A geo-fencing logic dynamically detects city boundaries and adjusts pricing and commission structures accordingly. The system also calculates proximity between users and drivers using Haversine-based distance logic to ensure efficient trip allocation.

Operational Flexibility

Drivers subscribe to city-specific plans or operate on a commission basis for intercity travel, allowing business scalability across regions. Wallet systems and multiple payment gateways provide seamless transaction experiences for both users and admins.

Scalability & Adaptability

The solution is designed to handle high traffic in popular zones, maintaining queue integrity and automated dispatch even under pressure. With modular design and admin oversight tools, it can be easily extended to new cities and operational models.

Solutions

We implemented a smart queue system with automated driver assignment and dynamic reordering. Online payments were integrated using MyFatoorah, with fallback support for cash. Fare management was built on Geo-Fence and Inner-Fence logic using Google Maps API. Subscription and commission models were applied based on city zones, and nearby vehicle discovery was powered by Haversine-based distance calculations.
